Compared with the traditional crawler anchoring rig, this type has the following characteristics:
2.1. The power head of the drill is through hole hydraulic chuck type. Various kinds of drill rods can be clamped by replacing different chucks, which has good construction versatility.
2.2. The power head has a larger transmission ratio and larger torque than the same type of drilling rig, so it can adapt to more complex working conditions.
2.3. The sliding frame with lifting function can satisfy the maximum lifting height of 3.3m, with a sliding stroke of 1.2m, the construction scope is wider.
2.4. Rotation and reciprocating actions are fed back by real-time information of sensors and coders, and driven by electro-hydraulic controller to realize rotating movements continuous or swinging, reciprocating action continuous or stepping. The construction technology of RJP or ordinary jet grouting and swing grouting is further realized.
2.5. The machine is equipped with orifice centralizer and shackle clamper, which has excellent drill rod guiding performance and the ability to load and unload drill rod.
1.1.The rig is suitable for RJP process construction engineering. Rotary and reciprocating movements are controlled by PLC electro-hydraulic system, which can realize automatic operation.
1.2.Full hydraulic chuck gyrator can pass through the drill rod φ114 at most. After replacing the chuck, it can also be used in general jet grouting, anchoring and other process construction.
